1. THE MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS
At La Maison d'Ellagance, we prioritize exceptional craftsmanship and flawless presentation over mass production. To ensure each silhouette meets our exacting quality standards, selected footwear and accessories are fulfilled on a Made-to-Order and limited-allocation basis.
When you place an order, your piece enters our personal curation cycle:
Individual Sourcing & Inspection: Each pair undergoes rigorous hands-on inspection to evaluate strap integrity, embellishment placement, finish, and structural fit.
Boutique Packaging: Once verified, your footwear is hand-wrapped in our signature black tissue paper and presented in a custom luxury box with a personalized thank-you card.
2. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Because of our multi-step inspection and hand-packaging procedure, total fulfillment times consist of two phases:
Order Processing & Curation: 7 to 10 business days.
Transit & Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (Domestic Express) once dispatched from our studio.
Please allow an overall window of 14 to 21 business days for your package to arrive at your doorstep.
We strongly encourage ordering well in advance for upcoming special events, galas, or evenings out.
Note on High Demand Items: Select statement styles—such as our Crystal Spiral collections—are curated in small batches. In instances of peak demand, processing times may briefly adjust. You will receive real-time email updates as your item transitions through each stage of preparation.
3. ORDER TRACKING & DISPATCH CONFIRMATION
Once your order has passed quality inspection and has been packaged for transit, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking carrier link (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) will be sent automatically. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to reflect initial carrier scans.
4. SHIPPING RATES & ADDRESS ACCURACY
Standard Domestic Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order value and location. Free shipping promotions apply automatically when threshold conditions are met.
Address Changes: Because our curation process begins shortly after purchase, please ensure all shipping details are correct upon checkout. If you need to request an address update, contact our concierge immediately at mixedcinder@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering.
